What started as a passion for construction evolved into a mission to help families realise their dream of owning a home that embodies their lifestyle and needs.
Art of Homes came to us to develop their brand and build their website. It was such a joy to help this business align its brand with its mission and create an approachable, strong yet elegant look to take them into the future.
Our brief was to create a brand that looked established, approachable, natural and elegant yet strong.
To reflect this, we chose Sweet Sans for the logo, a contemporary typeface that pays tribute to the spirit of unsung craftsmanship. For a subtle nod to the “art” in Art of Homes, we featured torn edges and image frames throughout the imagery. With a primary palette of copper and sand and a secondary palette of charcoal and dusty blue green, we gave the colours a ‘paintbrush’ effect across the branding collateral. Each package was also named after an art style – contemporary, expressions and nouveau.
Space is an important aspect of good design.
Space exudes an elegance and style that establish a brand as trustworthy and dependable. Continuity is also key and to ensure consistency across all media, we developed social media guidelines to ensure the Art of Homes team always remain on brand when designing their posts.
